Hi, I'm Dennis Edwards. My daughters and I run Gainesville Rental Home.

When my first daughter went to U.F and was looking for houses for rent in Gainesville, Fl. I was surprised at the lack of quality in the homes available and the prices they were charging. I immediately recognized there was a need to provide fine housing in Gainesville for a fair price. I knew I could do better and that's what got me started buying houses, remodeling them and renting them in Gainesville.

I take older homes and fix them up as rental homes that are in great locations. I have a background as a builder providing open floor plans, new kitchens and baths and modern appliances. I have provided residential housing for families and students since 1998

Location is always important. I have raised three children in Gainesville and appreciate the best areas to live for students and long term residents.

We offer properties for both long term residents and students. I have several properties that have had the same tenants since we began. For those attending college, we offer rental houses that are near the University of Florida and Santa Fe Community College. We also have homes that are near downtown in the Duckpond.

I take pride in offering rental houses in great locations for a fair price. I like to see my tenants happy and most of my tenants are long term.
